The starting problem
Healthcare providers juggled a telemedicine tool, a management system and scattered conversations. Nothing talked to anything, and health-data hosting brought its own constraints.
The system delivered
One platform covering both telemedicine and facility management, with three coherent spaces: patient, practitioner, administrator. Next.js and Prisma on PostgreSQL, client-side data kept fresh with SWR, real-time exchanges over Socket, hosted on HDS-certified infrastructure.
What this case demonstrates
In a healthcare product, user experience and role architecture must be designed together: every screen depends on permissions, data and the care journey.
Your case does not need to look like these.
It simply needs observable friction, an accountable owner and an outcome the team will recognise.
